A CHEF and SOLE STEWARDESS needed for the summer season on board a 35m+ SY based in Mallorca. These are six month contracts, starting on 1 May until the end of October.

The yacht usually has around 6 weeks of charter plus 2 weeks of Owner’s trips every summer, so it is a busy program with some short turnarounds. Therefore, candidates for both roles will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and not afraid of long hours or hard work! 

Chef:  Previous charter experience, with a minimum of two years in the industry, and the ability to cook a variety of cuisines to a high standard. You would also need to be extremely organized as the galley has limited space.

Chief Stewardess:  Must have worked in a similar role for at least a year, so no greenies please. As front of house you will need to be a genuine people person, super organized, with great table and service skills.
